BRICKS – Your Opportunity to Secure the Skilled Workforce of Tomorrow

With “BRICKS – Building Blocks for International Professionals: Career and Language,” the University of Hohenheim offers companies a unique opportunity to connect with international talents who will shape the future of your industry.

BRICKS. The Project.

The program supports international students from English-language Master’s degree programs in agricultural, food, and economic sciences from the very beginning of their studies, guiding them on their journey into the German job market and preparing them specifically for practical requirements.

Through five targeted modules, students develop the exact skills that companies need to successfully shape their future: excellent German language proficiency, intercultural competencies, high employability, and future-oriented specialized knowledge. These practical qualifications are certified with an official certificate, enabling companies to directly access the talents’ potential.

Take the opportunity to meet tomorrow’s international talents today and join forces with BRICKS to create the success stories of the future!
